ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER
The DAMAGE WAIVER relieves the customer of any additional charges resulting from ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES while the merchandise is in the customer’s possession. The DAMAGE WAIVER does NOT protect or relieve the customer from any charges resulting from malicious damages or lost merchandise while in the customer’s possession.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that all Cameras and all rental accessories are shipped using provided prepaid shipping label the first business day following the event.
I understand that any unpaid balance remaining on camera rental or items not canceled at least 7 days prior to the event will be charged to the credit card I have on file. Furthermore I acknowledge I am responsible for the return of all rental equipment and authorize charges to the credit card I have provided for replacement cost of any equipment not returned or additional late fees.
Rental Terms & Conditions
1. The Renter shall return the equipment and accessories in the shipping container supplied by Guestcameras.com.
2. The Renter shall be responsible for distribution of the cameras to the guests and shall collect them at the end of the event.
3. The Renter will not hold Guestcameras.com liable for any posting of images of the Renters’ guests on the web. Guestcameras.com shall have the right to withhold publication on the web or in any way duplicate any image made by the Renters’ guests that in the sole judgment of Guestcameras.com are inappropriate for such publication. The Renter will not hold Guestcameras.com liable for any publication or non-publication of any particular images or group of images. The Renter is responsible for informing guests that their image may appear on the web site.
4. Cameras lost will cost the Renter $0 for each 8MP camera unless a total loss insurance policy has been taken out on all cameras. Photo sharing devices lost will cost $200.00 each.
5. Cancellation of this agreement by the Renter will only result in a refund of the security deposit. Cancellations must be in writing or by email.
6. Guestcameras.com is not responsible for any equipment failures, including website inaccessibility.
7. Guestcameras.com reserves the right to cancel this agreement for any reason at any time for a full refund.
8. Guestcameras.com will honor a request to transfer the services to another day at the sole discretion of Guestcameras.com If the alternate date is not available then Guestcameras.com reserves the right to treat the change of date as a cancellation.
9. Guestcameras.com shall have no responsibility for acts of God or errors or negligence committed by any shipping company's untimely shipping.
10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guestcameras.com shall not ever be held liable for damage in excess of the rental fee paid or to be paid to as stated in this agreement.
11. . The Renter agrees to pay any and all legal and/or collection fees related to this agreement. Any collection, mediation, arbitration or litigation expenses, including reasonable solicitors fees shall be born by the Renter if yany of these activities are required by Guestcameras.com to enforce any term or condition of this agreement.
