Two final notes for clarity.

  1. Firstly, although CSS dictates the primary style of this site, a large table with an ID of "tblBody" with a few nested tables were used to help control uniform visual content layout across browsers.
  2. Secondly, the Navigation Bar is located at the beginning of the large aforementioned table. Unordered lists are used and restyled using CSS to create visually appealling dynamic drop down menus.

Photo sharing device rental:

With our photo sharing device we gaurantee you get more great candid event photos because you actually make copies of your guests photos before they leave the event.

The sad fact is the majority of photos taken at weddings and special events are never shared with others to any great extent. Yes, there are many digital cameras brought to weddings by guests but few of those guests even when asked actually share more than a few images from their cameras.
As a professional wedding photographer I see many digital cameras and many guests taking photos at each wedding I photograph. I ask many couples after the wedding how many guests provided them with copies of those photos and the answer is always the same, only a few select photos and many of those end up being low resolution photos from social networking sites.

We help inform your guests and get them involved by providing an information email that details the service and answers common questions. We can also providing information cards to place in your invitations with a link to a web page that better explains the service.

Just take a look at the features of our photo sharing service!

How event photo sharing works

1. Reserve your Photo Sharing device
Reserve your Digital storage devices now to ensure availability.

2. We ship your photo sharing device
We will ship your photo sharing device for arrival at least two business days before the event. Remember to save the shipping box and prepaid shipping label for shipping the device back to us.

3. Collect photos how you like:

  1. You may assign someone the task of being the digital storage device attendant (kind of like a guest book attendant but much cooler). Guest may simply stop by the attendant on the way out to quickly copy their photos onto the device.
  2. Assign someone to go around the tables and assist guest in adding their photos to the device.

4. Return the cameras
After the event place the devices back in the box they were shipped in and attach the return label that was enclosed in your shipping box. The devices should be shipped back the next business day after the event.

5. Everyone enjoys the photos
Once we receive the photo sharing device we upload all the photos and videos from the device onto your personal photo gallery. We then send you a personalized e-mail invitation with a link to view your photo gallery and a link inviting guests to upload additional photos through our online upload page. You can then forward this invitation to anyone you wish. Guests, family and friends enjoy your photos from anywhere in the world. Your guests will be able to download, and share full size images from all the guest cameras and even add additional photos taken with their personal cameras.
We will ship your archive photo/video DVD approximately 10 days after your event, giving your guests enough time to submit their personal photos to the site so we can include their photos as well on your DVD.

Event photo questions
Won’t guests give us copies of the photos they take with their own cameras anyway?
Yes some of your guests will share their photos with you but this is usually only a small percentage of the photos taken at the event. Think about it, when is the last time someone provided you with copies of photos they thought you would like or how many times have you taken the time to make copies of your photos and give them to someone you think may want them? Most often
How do I get my guests involved?
We provide our clients with a list of tips on how to make photo sharing at their event successful but most importantly let them know they are going to have access to the photos as well.
As a professional wedding photographer I understand it is not only the brides' desire but everyone's desire to have fun, candid photos from weddings and special events. At every wedding I photograph I notice the same thing a group of people get together for a candid group shot after one shot is taken then someone says wait get one with my camera too. Everyone at the event would love to have access to all the photos taken at the event. Get your guests excited event photo sharing by letting them know all the photos will be available online for everyone to download and enjoy. Or better yet offer a free DVD for everyone who submits photos.
What if my guests have photos taken before the event on their memory cards?
We suggest informing your guest that you will be using the photo sharing device at your wedding and reminding guest to bring their cameras with an empty memory card to capture lots of photos for your wedding album. We review all event photos so If by chance someone forgets to use an empty card for the event we will not place those photos on the event site.
