Accessibility Info

The web developer has made efforts to ensure the ease of accessibility to this site. Since a copy of screen reader software was not available to test the site at development time, the code was written to best match advice from accessability suggestions and guides online.

  4. O for Online Upload
  5. S for Services
  6. C for Contact Us
  7. M for Site Map

Breakdown of Map elements:

  1. Navigation Bar
  2. Main Content

Breakdown of tabbing order:

  1. Tab index numbers 1-19 are reserved for acccessibility
  2. Tab index numbers 20-29 are reserved for the Navigation Bar
  3. Tab index numbers 30-99 are reserved for the Main Content
  4. Tab index numbers 100 and greater are used in the supplemental footer links

Two final notes for clarity.

  1. Firstly, although CSS dictates the primary style of this site, a large table with an ID of "tblBody" with a few nested tables were used to help control uniform visual content layout across browsers.
  2. Secondly, the Navigation Bar is located at the beginning of the large aforementioned table. Unordered lists are used and restyled using CSS to create visually appealling dynamic drop down menus.

Camera Rental: How it works

1. Reserve your cameras
Reserve your cameras now to ensure availability.

2. Cameras are shipped to you

We will ship your order of cameras for arrival at least two business days before the event. The cameras are shipped in a protective case placed in a reusable shipping box. Once you remove our protective case from the shipping box remember to save the shipping box and prepaid shipping label for shipping the cameras back to us.

3. Distribute the cameras how you like:
  1. Use in place of disposable cameras and place one at each guest table along with our table note cards telling your guests how to use the cameras and how they may get access to the photos after the event.
  2. Some of our clients prefer to distribute the cameras to close friends, family or members of the wedding party only.
  3. You may also want to have your guests check out and check in the cameras from a designated person or place.

4. Guests enjoy capturing the fun
Guests have much more fun using Guestcameras.com cameras rather than disposables because they can actually see the photos they are taking! And as a result guests will take more photos and video. Unlike disposable cameras they know they will have access to the photos and videos after the event through your personal photo gallery.

5. Return the cameras
After the event collect all the cameras and put them back in their protective case and place them back in the shipping box. Attach the return address label and ship the cameras back to Guestcameras.com.

6. Everyone enjoys the photos
Once we receive the cameras we upload all the photos and videos from the cameras onto your personal photo gallery. We then send you a personalized e-mail invitation with a link to view your photo gallery and a link inviting guests to upload additional photos through our online upload page. You can then forward this invitation to anyone you wish. Guests, family and friends enjoy your photos from anywhere in the world. Your guests will be able to download, and share full size images from all the guest cameras and even add additional photos taken with their personal cameras. We will ship your archive photo/video DVD approximately 10 days after your event, giving your guests enough time to submit their personal photos to the site so we can include their photos as well on your DVD.
