Two final notes for clarity.

Firstly, although CSS dictates the primary style of this site, a large table with an ID of "tblBody" with a few nested tables were used to help control uniform visual content layout across browsers.
Secondly, the Navigation Bar is located at the beginning of the large aforementioned table. Unordered lists are used and restyled using CSS to create visually appealling dynamic drop down menus.
